Welcome to the channel tell the people how the heck were you able to start a social media marketing agency and make six figures in your very first month let's start off granular right because this my channel is not about high level stuff my channel is about actual actionable ways to get your first client to learn how to actually deliver value to them so let's start at the beginning if someone's watching this right now right your reverse seats with them how would you get your first client because people always tell me Kevin I'd love to start a social media marketing agency I'd love to you know do all this create a business how do I find clients yeah so the the best business to start in my mind if you have no money is an SM MA and the reason why is because everything else takes trial and error right like so yeah just all this other stuff and so with SM MA it's literally you can start with nothing and you can create a loom video which is basically like it's a tool where you can screen share and you can go and look at potential clients website find people on LinkedIn and then you can review their website and changes you suggest you can review their SEO you can review all these different things that they could do to make changes and improve and then you can send them that video in a LinkedIn message it costs you nothing you're leading with value right and then they're gonna respond because they know that okay now they know what's wrong they don't know how to fix it right and so that's where they can hire you and that's zero dollars right there and something I like about that is kind of like the FOMO marketing right like this is how this is how much you're missing out on not you know doing things the right way so so if I'm a beginner right and like I know how do I know what loom is right loom is how I go and record my screen and send them send somebody like a you know a valuable these are three things you could do with your website that would increase your customers and your return on adspend or your profitability by you know 2 X if you implemented them I'd be happy to chat how do I actually like identify the people to send those messages to so I recommend picking a niche right so it's it's and you can just start with one that you can always expand and you can even white label it and have like different websites and it's all the same services that you provide but pick a niche and then just go through there and see like anybody who's not ranking number one anybody who doesn't have a beautiful website like there's always tons of opportunities to just pick the loom video and you know create that for them send it to them in the message I recommend not sending any texts that way they have to click on the video and they have to watch the video and then just at the end of the video say if you have any other questions or if you'd like us to help solve this you can you know reach out right and I love that I know the people watching right now are probably thinking to themselves okay Kevin that's awesome I know how to get a client I record a loom video right I can talk about things that they can improve but I don't know how to run ax I don't know how to deliver value right so to the people that don't necessarily know how to run as successfully and get results what would you tell them so that's another great thing about having a marketing agency is you don't have to know how to do any of this stuff yourself so you can actually use a resource like online jobs pH or even just like any other freelance websites out there and you can hire other people who can do this stuff right and I just basically be a facilitator and almost like you're curating all the other people who can do this stuff for you and then you just white labeling those services so then how would you recommend it and I mean this is a great point right because an agency by definition is literally like a collection of people providing particular you know specializations or expertise how would you recommend well first of all what niche would you recommend focusing on Facebook guys Instagram like what's the most profitable thing that people should be focusing on right out the gate so right now instagrams really hot but I know that there's a lot of people leaning into LinkedIn actually right now too but really these businesses need a lot of help right so you're gonna have a lot about when it comes to creating websites and and basic stuff like that and that's kind of like a foot in the door and then from there you can offer all the other different services that you have right so creating web sites is what you'd recommend yeah right start and as your agency grows you can add on new experts in Instagram marketing right or Instagram growth for for businesses and pages organically or LinkedIn growth and it actually brings me it let's take a quick step back that brings me to another question what niche would you focus on right cuz when you're when you're going into LinkedIn it's a little overwhelming right like there's all these different types of niches what it looks like the most profitable easiest to deliver results niche that people would have the most success what's the low-hanging fruit that people should focus on from like a client business perspective so it's actually pretty crazy how well this works but you can actually have somebody just reach out like a VA like a virtual assistant reach out to people on LinkedIn and just connect with your account it's a thousand people every month on behalf of that business and then just reach out using scripted responses and basically engaging people's interests and you can curate those down into leads and you can do that super low cost I like that but like from your expertise like like what's the easiest type of business to live to deliver results to like real estate agency well you have people in the medical space real estate agents basically anybody who anybody who has like a high margin business Wretch's pretty much like real estate yeah medical and medical like I haven't actually never heard anyone say that so could you could you go a little deeper into that like what what particular type of medical is the easiest to deliver value oh man cosmetic surgery of super high margin even just like chiropractors dentists the type of offices that are gonna be owned by like one individual right yeah and actually cosmetic surgery is literally something that I've never thought about until just now so that's like a light bulb on you for any margin so what so first of all I love the things you're talking about I think people are learning a lot we want to show one additional thing and actually I've never shown this to you before but it's a you know if I'm a hustler and I'm trying to start with zero dollars right I'm literally going through and I'm gonna email every single one of these people I'm gonna call every single one of these people you know if I'm feeling inefficient I'll go visit every single one of these people because we have email phone number address but it actually goes beyond that right we can actually find their point that I was trying to make that if you're starting and you're trying to hustle and you're trying to make money right it comes down to just do you have the drive to hit like if I smile if I send 1261 messages what do you think the chances are that I don't get at least one client 0% this is one get anybody 0 anybody yeah right because if you close one percent of these people if you if you message every one of them if you want it that bad that's 12 clients right if you're making $1000 from each client that's $12,000 a month right and if you're able to actually find people that can facilitate that or if you're willing to go you know learn on YouTube how to run Facebook Ads right there's hundreds of videos if you're willing to go learn how to grow an Instagram right if you're willing to do these things you can literally figure it out so how would you utilize this tool like what would you look for because it's not just real estate agents you can find other goodbye to other professions as well oh it's it's mind-bending how much time this would save because like yeah literally like what if you were like well how do I find that people I'm just like you just find the people you literally a featuring LinkedIn this is amazing cuz it's like all it's lazy man's dream let's do Brett Las Vegas and dentist it's like let's see how many dentists we got in Las Vegas in here so it's not just real estate agents guys right like you can literally use this for any type of estimate man you know Brett was talking about cosmetic surgeons there's real estate agents there's insurance agents there's doctors F so you have you have like cosmetic surgeons you have like all these different yeah it's all the different keywords it's not just like you know syllable you can see right here one thousand one hundred and fifty different dentists in Las Vegas and every dentist every dentist in Vegas there's literally every dentists in Vegas like there's not one dentist that is not on this list you can see the emails right here we can send the emails cuz a lot of people don't like making cold calls I don't like making cold calls right but you don't have to when you have their email when you have you have their Facebook and you have their Twitter right you can literally reach out to them in four different platforms and you know what are the chances that if you if you email me text me on LinkedIn message me on at least to tell you to shut up right yeah but the truth is guys you know with what Brett taught you and earlier in this video with what we just showed you right here there's no excuse this is the only way that I know how to start a business with zero dollars you can see whether or not they actually have pig's life dog business you guys have no excuse now that's like the only hard part is gone yeah that like the hard part was I mean all that stuff yeah it was sifting through all the Google results it was trying to find all of their social media programs like all their profiles I mean that takes time that that's a grind right but when you have it all right here there's no like hyper link today it's all hyper link you have to press one button send one message you have to write out a template right a template offering your services talking about you know and you could even take it one step further like what Brett was talking about earlier with the loom right if you loom every single one of these people that you think is like there's no way you win clothes you'd have a way better than 1% clothes marry exactly if you actually said a loom to 1,200 you would close 20% oh right you could start $100,000 a month agency like if you had the facilities and infrastructure and team behind you that could actually fulfill you could definitely start you know at twenty thousand fifty thousand dollar agency within a month but the truth is most people just aren't willing to grind like that well they just don't think it's possible yes this really is like my mind-bendingly easy yeah you could literally just click on every single website until you find one that sucks yeah and then just go back to that person and click on their link there yeah exactly and see that's why it's so beautiful showing other intelligent people tools like this because that's a really smart way to take it even one step further in the efficiency right you're actually are trying to actively identify who needs you the most right by the the ugliness of their absence essentially and then you target them as somebody who you know would be probably more likely that he value with the video and lead with value at the loom video one last question for people if people want to actually find others that can facilitate Facebook ads that can facilitate you know these services where would you actually tell them to look to find those people online jobs dot pH online jobs dot pH so it's just people in the Philippines you can get like $2 an hour really good people who are grateful to be paid that because it's a livable wage there right and they'll do great work and what would you say to people who are watching saying that you know that the quality would reflect that that wage you're paying them it'll it'll be way better quality than what you can do like you know you should know a little bit about something but yeah it's a better to have an expert and the truth is guys I use feel you know most of my staff is outside of the USA I have one you know person who works with me inside of the USA and he's standing right behind the camera right now and every other person that I have genius people incredibly intelligent people are out sourced right because you know people think that the quality of work is less because you're paying them less but that's so far from the truth it's it's just it's the same as if you know people in California make more than people in Minnesota and that's just because the cost of living is different yeah and they're both humans it's not like
